Land plot operations.

Users can buy, sell and lease land plots for different purposes (commercial, personal or industrial).

Depending on the type of land (or plots with several features), different buildings can be placed on it.

Personal land can be used to "move" players to other locations, to buy new places to grow plants.

Commercial land allows the construction of showrooms, exhibition halls, and rooms for demonstrations/events.

Manufacturing (industrial) land type gives the opportunity to build plants for processing resources, for local exchange or processing, exchange of resources.

Property in the metaverse.

Buying, selling, constructing buildings. Composition of several small objects into a large one (pooling). Conducting events on the territory of the location (fashion shows, exhibitions). Possibility of exchanging real estate / moving to a more suitable location ( to friends). Buying/selling a garage for a car. Rental of vehicles.

Construction and use of buildings depending on the type of land and the characteristics of the plots. For example, building showrooms, or holding events.

Creating clothes

Placement of saplings on the plot. Watering plants. Fertilizing plants. Taking care of plants (cutting branches, sprinkling). Pest control. Weed control. Harvesting. Making new plants. Putting together harvesting materials for producing an element.

Design

Creation of unique designs/prints (builder). Buy/sell clothes for avatars (their designs). Buy/sell jewelry for avatars. Buy/sell car skins.

Workshops

Possibility to conduct master classes inside the game. They can be devoted to: ● the properties of plants; ● landscape design; ● the work of stylists; ● the work of designers; ● technical implementation and adding NFTs to a project; ● tips on promoting within the community and developing in-game; ● other topics.

Fashion show

Renting/buying/selling fashion show areas. Combining collections with players. Advertising. Auction Creation. Buying/selling clothes and jewelry for avatars. Community rewards as giveaways/opportunities to purchase unique game assets during the event.

Vehicles

Purchase/sale of vehicles. Possibility to change vehicle design / make it similar in style to the character. Possibility to hire/train an ent driver.E

Ents and plants

Breeding to obtain another ent/plant with changed properties (color, bark texture, species) and rarity. Exchanging ents of different professions or traits. Purchase/sale of ents and plants at any stage of growth. Buy/sell in-game resources to maintain them. Upgrade purchase ( only via the platform). Upgrades can change appearance, growth stage, and other properties.
